Returns and Refund Policy

We trust that you will be very happy with your purchase from us at The Dreamy Elephant Company Ltd. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, then please send it back to us in the original box with sufficient packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit. You will be responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse. Your return will be inspected and we will check if it is eligible for a refund. If so, we will credit your original payment method within 14 working days.

Full refunds will only be made if your item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and must be clean, unused and free of odour.

We regret that your return postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and we cannot refund them when you return your item(s). We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage certificates when you return your items back to us.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind within 14 working days after the date of delivery then you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the standard postage and packaging cost if incurred. Any enhanced delivery services that you opted for (eg Express Delivery, Next day Delivery, Tracking etc) will not be refunded.

Faulty Items

If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly please contact us first at info@thedreamyelephantcompany.com

We may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction but if the item still needs to be returned then the return address and process will be confirmed to you at this stage.

On confirmation of a refund please allow sufficient time for your bank or financial institution to credit your account before getting in touch with us.

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount code or voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
